Walking on Tinos

5. From Agios Romanos, Kionia and Ktikados back to Tinos town - "Poseidon's Kingdom"

Our day begins with a transfer to the beautiful beach of Agios Romanos. Nothing better than a morning swim before we start our coastal walk to Kionia. The view over the sea is fantastic. In Kionia we visit the remains of the Poseidon Sanctuary, before we ascend to Ktikados through a secret valley.
From the veranda of the taverna "Drosia" we will not only enjoy the local specialities but also the spectacular view over Kionia. After a good rest our last walk of the day, passing by the remains of an ancient castle, takes us back into town.
